We love making kale chips, and they are so fast and easy to make. They are a tasty way to get more dark leafy greens into our diet. Even my picky eater loves these!
To make kale chips, start by chopping your washed kale, removing the center spines. Chop into small, bite-size pieces, but not so small that it will be difficult to pick them up.
Place the chopped kale in a large bowl, drizzle with canola oil.
Toss together and sprinkle salt over the oil-coated kale and spread thinly onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 5-10 minutes at 350 degrees until crispy. Be sure to watch them, because they burn quickly. Once they start to get crispy they are ready to eat.
Enjoy! These are soooo good. I bet you can't eat just one! We sure can't.
